Shareholders of Mariupol confectionery factory “Roshen” has decided to sell assets of the company.
This is reported by “Ukrainian news”.
The spokesman confirmed that the decision adopted and the shareholders approved the sale of the property. Consequently, the sale will put the most complex of factory and land.
The cost of the complex makes 40 million UAH, land – 25 million UAH.
Now the company is under liquidation, which was ratified in April 2015.
According to preliminary data, last year the Mariupol factory Roshen ended with a loss of 8,171 million.
The owner of “Roshen” is the President of Petro Poroshenko. He during the election campaign promised to sell the business. In January last year, Poroshenko gave the Corporation in a “blind trust”. Roshen is one of the world’s largest confectionery manufacturers.
The Corporation consists of Kremenchug, Vinnitsa 2, andfabric Kiev, Mariupol, which is under liquidation, Lipetsk “, Likonf” (Russia) and Klaipeda Roshen UAB (Lithuania) and factory Bonbonetti Choco (Hungary).
