Police have released the head of the Department of power supply of Railways Valery Logmessagekidnapped in July last year.
This was announced by interior Minister Arsen Avakov in his Facebook.

During the implementation of the criminal plan they recruited a citizen of Ukraine, motivated him to accept Islam, and with the assistance of bought a private house in the village of Fastivets ‘ Kyiv region. Then in the basement equipped stash-bunker with two chambers for long-term detention of hostages”, – said Avakov.
He added that the detainees – citizens of Ukraine and Russia.
