Russian President Vladimir Putin is terminally ill. His entourage looking for a replacement.

Volokh emphasized that to verify the accuracy of this information, he is not able and can not name the person who gave the data.
“I don’t have the slightest ability to verify this info. It can be bullshit. Although, frankly, I don’t really understand why they need me to play – I’m very much a minor figure. But a plausible explanation of why this information is thrown the Russians from abroad, when tracking the source is almost impossible, I myself have built,” wrote Volokh.
According to the source, among options, even considering Putin’s opposition leader Alexei Navalny.
