11.9 billion UAH of the debt counted for the payment of heating and hot water in February. At the end of January was less than 6.7%.
This is confirmed by data of the State statistics service of Ukraine.
According to the report, outstanding maintenance of houses, constructions and house adjoining territories for the reporting period has not changed – UAH 2.5 bn debt for export of household waste left – UAH 400 million. Debt for centralized water supply and Sewerage decreased by 6.7% to UAH 1.4 billion.
According to the state statistics service, in February, the Ukrainians paid for electricity of 2.5 billion UAH (of 116.5% of the assessed during this period amounts). The debt for electricity as of the end of February amounted to 3.3 billion UAH.
Just in February, the Ukrainians paid for housing and communal services 9.8 billion UAH, which accounted for 88.8% of the assessed during this period amounts. The highest level of payment was observed in Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi and Ternopil regions (238,3%, 136,1% 123,3%, respectively) and the lowest – in Luhansk, Kharkiv and Sumy regions (for 59.9%, 72% and 73.6%, respectively).
Also in January-February 2017 with a population of concluded 7 thousand agreements on debt restructuring for a total amount of 3.94 million.
Arrears on the payment of Central heating and hot water supply in January 2017 increased by 15.2% compared to the end of December 2016 and reached 11.1 billion UAH.
