“Now we do not have direct evidence of his participation. Except one important item – when he signed revisions to the financial plan, which was signed by all the necessary performers. At this point, there is no direct evidence that he was familiar with the criminal scheme”, – said the head of the GPU.

“And most importantly, we have no testimony that he received funds through criminal activities. We see only the accounts which are controlled Arbuzov, Miller, Bakulin. Everything.

If one of these bills, which are now known to us, during the legal assistance of our foreign colleagues will see the transactions on the accounts of the beneficiary which was made by any person, including Mr. Boyko, it instantly goes into the category of suspects”, – Lutsenko added.

Then Minister of energy and coal industry was the current co-chair of the faction “the Opposition bloc” Yuriy Boyko. Drilling platforms media called “towers quickly”.
