Poroshenko has submitted to Parliament the list of candidates to the CEC

President Petro Poroshenko introduced to the Parliament a proposal on the members of the Central election Commission.

This was announced by the speaker Andriy Parubiy in Facebook.

“The President of Ukraine made a submission to members of the Central election Commission to Parliament. I promptly instructed to send all the documents of candidates for CEC membership for special checks”, – wrote Parubiy.

He published the text of the submission to “remove all the intrigue on the list of candidates.”


In 13 of the 15 members of the expired term. They continue to serve on the basis of changes to the law on the CEC. The decision about the replacement of the CEC members registered in the Parliament in 2015. However, due to a lack of compromise between factions and the President this question is inhibited.
