Parliament Commissioner for human rights Valeria Lutkovska took 20 prisoners who are in places of deprivation of liberty before the war in the Donbass.
“Good news! Today, 7 February 2018, 12:00 the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on human rights Valeria lutkovskaya took another 20 persons in places of detention before the conflict. 86 people for more than 2 years yet was able to export from occupied territories of Donetsk region”, – said Bogdan Kriklivenko, head of the Secretariat of the Ombudsman.
Transfer of persons was carried out under the supervision of a member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on human rights Irina Suslova and representatives of the OSCE.
According to the Eastern human rights groups over the period from 2014 to present “courts” of the self-proclaimed LNB condemned and sent to a labor camp 1437 people who live beyond the control of government of Ukraine territory of Luhansk region.
