Anti-corruption authorities are planning to APR to convey to the court the case of suspected bribery of people’s deputies Borislav Rosenblatt and Maksym Polyakov.

This was stated by the head of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office Nazar Holodnitsky at a press conference on 8 February.

“Rosenblatt and the Poles: end of the last procedural steps, in particular with disclosure and conduct of examinations. Is the production, in February-March we plan to complete,” said Holodnitsky.

Anti-corruption authorities stated that the people’s deputies Boryslav Rozenblat and Maxim Polyakov demanded a bribe from the company-nerezidenta assistance in the extraction of amber in Ukraine.

19 Oct detectives NABOO took Rosenblatt from the plane on which it came straight from the hospital. The next day Solomensky district court again ordered him to wear an electronic bracelet at least until December 18.

In addition, NAB has opened a new criminal case, suspecting Rosenblatt in obtaining diplomatic passports on the basis of forged official documents.

On 14 December the court partially granted a defence motion to change the measure of restraint, allowing Rosenblatt to move freely in Ukraine.
