Saakashvili expelled to Poland

The former head of the Odessa regional state administration Mikheil Saakashvili, which on Monday was detained at the capital restaurant, was deported to Poland.

About this in Facebook wrote to the speaker of the State border service Oleg Slobodyan.

“Servicemen of state frontier service together with representatives of the Migration service and the National police led to Saakashvili, the decision of the competent authority about his return to the country of previous residence,” he said.

Saakashvili expelled from Ukraine with the observance of all legal formalities, in accordance with the judicial decisions that recognized that he was not the territory of Ukraine illegally.

The “TSN” reported that the politician flew on a Charter flight at about 16:00 Kyiv time.

Sources also report that this is not a deportation, and readmission – the return of the illegal alien in the country from which he illegally arrived (he arrived from Poland in September 2017).

Mikheil Saakashvili was deprived of citizenship at the end of July 2017, when he was outside Ukraine. The politician returned September 10. Entered the territory of Ukraine through KP “shehyni” that in Lviv region, although I was going to make it through KP “Krakovets”. The border went to the bus and crossed it illegally, along with 60 others. Some of them used force by border guards.

The court found Saakashvili guilty of illegal crossing of the Ukrainian border and ordered to pay a fine.
