President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko had a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday 12 February.

The conversation was decoradas and was held at the initiative of the Ukrainian side. The reason for it was the third anniversary of the conclusion of the second of the Minsk agreements.
In a press-service of presidential Administration of Ukraine confirmed the fact of conversation.
“The President of Ukraine has held a phone conversation with Russian President to enhance the liberation of the Ukrainian hostages, in particular the exchange of prisoners of guards and the liberation of the Ukrainian military in the occupied territories. The parties also discussed the agenda of the meeting of the foreign Ministers of the Norman Quartet, which is scheduled for 16 February in Munich. A telephone conversation took place in coordination with our European partners on Normandia format and American allies,” said the AP.
The last date of the telephone conversation leaders “Channel four” took place on 24 July 2017. It was attended by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, President of France Emmanuel macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
