The Kremlin confirmed that the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko spoke by phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Putin’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the conversation took place yesterday, February 12, at the initiative of Kiev, reports “RIA Novosti”
Poroshenko expressed condolences in connection with the crash of An-148, he said.
